The TR maintenance team will compromise the course and playing conditions for this important bi-annual cultural program.  Call the Golf Shop for availability during the process.


 

April 26 & 27 – Game Improvement Weekend

May 5 – Cinco De Mayo Guest Day

Celebrate Cinco De Mayo in Morgan’s Bar & Grill with Mexican themed food stations and drink specials.  Reservations are required and can be made by e-mailing reservations@talkingrockclub.com.




May 7 – Ladies Opening Day Golf Luncheon

All lady golfers are invited to the Windmill Room to kick-off the 2014 golf season enjoying lunch and a presentation by the golf staff highlighting the upcoming events and golf programs.  Reserve your spot at the luncheon by e-mailing reservations@talkingrockclub.com.


May 11 – Mother’s Day Brunch

Treat the special moms in your life to one of Chef’s fabulous brunch spreads featuring a live omelet & crepe station, carving stations, seafood display and a host of sides and salads – not to mention a Chef Richard dessert display.   Seating times limited and are available at 10:30, 12:30 & 2:30.  RSVP is required by Sunday, May 4th and can be made by e-mailing your party size and preferred seating time to reservations@talkingrockclub.com.

 May 17 – Golf Equipment Demo Day

Preview and try out the latest and greatest in golf equipment on the Talking Rock practice facility.  Taylor Made, Adams Golf, Calloway, Nike and Bridgestone are a few of the manufacturers that will be represented.

May 21 – Wednesday Night Theme “Pizza” Party

Enjoy a pizza by the slice buffet offering a few of the classics and some gourmet versions of this classic dish along with sides from 5:00 – 7:30.  Live music and dancing from 5 – 9.  Reservations are required and can be made by e-mailing reservations@talkingrockclub.com.

May 23 – First Splash Pool Party

Help us open up the pool by joining us for Happy Hour from 3:30pm – 5pm poolside as we take the first plunges of 2014.



May 24 – 3rd Annual Doggie Derby

The practice tee becomes home for man’s best friend as we find out which TR puppies are the fastest.  Dogs will be placed in one of three divisions, mighty mites, middle weights and heavy weights as they race each other for their respective title.  Sign-ups for the races will be taken by the Golf Staff and can be made by e-mailing Race Organizer Mike Brechler at mbrechler@talkingrockclub.com.


May 25 – Snake Avoidance Training (For Dogs)

People know how to avoid snakes, but does your pal Fido? It is really important to train your four legged friend on how to avoid snakes.  And right now they are waking up, coming out of hybernation, and the time to traid your dog.  The cost is $50 per dog and we meet on the Ranch House lawn at 9am.  Please contact pmitchell@talkingrockclub.com to reserve your spot.



May 26 – Memorial Day Modified Chapman Golf Event

Two-player teams compete over 18-Holes using a modified chapman format as we celebrate the holiday and end a weekend of fun.  After golf players can enjoy some lunch and barbeque in the Ranch House and Chef Richard’s Smoke House menu. May 28 – Fish & Chicken Fry

The fourth Wednesday of the month Chef Richard offers a Fish & Chicken Fry with all the fixings.  A baked fish option is also available.  Make your reservations by e-mailing reservations@talkingrockclub.com.



June 16-19 – Kidcredible Camp

It's never to early to start planning for kids and camp!  Our first camp of the summer is scheduled for June 16-19.
