Reach your fitness goals in group exercise classes offered in the Studio of the Barn Fitness Center. Classes are open to all fitness levels and ages, and our Exercise Instructors can show options for modifying your workout if necessary. The wide variety of classes include:

Indoor Cycling
A 60-minute, music-driven class in which the Instructor simulates a different ride each session.

Kick & Pump
A kick box class with resistance exercises using weights and bands.

Pilates
One-hour, non-aerobic class focusing on core exercises and full-body stretches.

Cardio Blast & Fit Fusion
Low-impact and step moves along with resistance exercises designed to increase muscular strength and endurance.

Body Bar & Body Sculpt
Strengthen and tone your body in a 30-minute class using weights, bars and bands.

Water Fitness Classes
A one-hour class held in the swimming pool is offered during the summer months. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join.

Abs and Stretch
Concentrated 30-minute class targeting abdominal work and stretches.

Yogalates
Improve your flexibility and balance in a one-hour session featuring yoga poses, pilates exercises and stretches.
